AVEO offers a comprehensive, competitive array of benefits that support our employees and their families. Employees who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefit programs. Benefits become effective upon date of hire unless otherwise stated. Health and Dental Insurance
AVEO provides its employees with two health insurance options through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and dental coverage through Delta Dental of Massachusetts.
AVEO offers a 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments. The plan includes a company match and employees are eligible to participate within a month of their date of hire.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
AVEO offers an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) which provides employees of the company with opportunities to purchase shares of our common stock at discount from the market price.
Employee Stock Incentive Plans (SIP)
AVEO Employees, officers and directors, are eligible to be granted stock options under the Company’s Stock Incentive Plan. Providing equity ownership opportunities and performance-based incentives are intended to align the interest of employees, officers and directors with those of the Company’s stockholders.
Flexible Spending Accounts
AVEO employees may annually withhold pre-tax earnings for eligible medical, dental, and dependent care expenses.
Life Insurance and AD&D
AVEO provides employees with Life and Accidental Death & Disability insurance. There is no cost to the employee for this benefit.
Short and Long Term Disability
AVEO offers Short and Long Term disability coverage to provide income protection in the event of an eligible medical condition.
AVEO subsidizes parking and transit benefits for its employees.
Time to Relax and Recharge
AVEO employees accrue three weeks vacation time based on their years of service; new employees accrue 1.25 days per month.
AVEO observes ten official holidays and two floating holidays per year.
ADVANCING YOUR KNOWLEDGE
AVEO will reimburse employees up to $4,000 per year for job-related accredited undergraduate and graduate level courses.
Trainings, Meetings and Conferences
AVEO offers on-site training sessions that are open to all employees. We also support employees attending off-site professional association meetings and conferences and encourage them to bring back fresh perspectives and ideas that will propel us forward.
